PARI.'s activities .

Work tables
Thematic roundtables will explore the actions and policies to promote and implement within and outside companies, developing guidelines and collecting best practices from all member organizations.
Here you can download the Guidelines for actions and best practices to combat gender-based violence developed by the PARI. Policy Working Group.

Training
Building on the needs and activities already implemented by various organizations, PARI. offers its members intercompany webinars and in-company workshops on specific topics and targets to transform knowledge of the phenomenon into concrete actions and behaviors to combat discrimination and gender-based violence.

Observatory
By leveraging data and studies from institutions and research centers that have been studying these issues for years, as well as promoting original research both internally and externally, PARI. supports an internal observatory on gender-based violence to measure perceptions of the phenomenon and the effectiveness of the organization's actions.

Cultural dissemination
One of the cornerstones of PARI.'s work is to address the culture that underlies all forms of violence. For this reason, the Association promotes the production and dissemination of events and editorial content to raise awareness and educate on gender-based violence.
