Who we are

Creating a culture against gender violence

When we talk about combating gender-based violence, we immediately think of physical violence.

However, there are countless forms of violence —stereotypes, attitudes, relational patterns—that remain hidden despite being the basis of every other form of violence. To combat the phenomenon of gender-based violence at its root, laws and top-down regulations are not enough: a profound cultural shift is needed.

PARI. aims to engage organizations and companies from diverse sectors to make raising awareness on these issues a concrete action: working on culture with culture, through training, events, policies, editorial content, and a permanent observatory.

An action that starts in the workplace but addresses people , not only as professionals, but as mothers, fathers, children, friends, partners: to bring hidden violence to light, change the perception of these issues and build educational communities capable of reaching beyond the corporate context to everyone.

Companies are not just economic actors

Building a culture against gender-based violence is a process that requires concrete interventions and tools.

Public and private companies are economic as well as social actors . They are communities of people who, in turn, participate in the life of various local communities. Therefore, companies play a fundamental role in shaping the culture and society in which they operate. Contributing to cultural change when it comes to gender-based violence is not only an ethical imperative but also an investment in a healthy work environment , where every person feels able to grow and express themselves.

Companies can act as catalysts for this change by influencing not only their people, but also their suppliers and customers, not to mention the communities in which they operate.

Born in 2024 as a network of companies, since 2025, PARI. has become an association to pursue the same goals even more vigorously.
